COMPOLICE ST™ is your personal mobile app community policing app that is intended to aid police services in the US in gathering data about various hot spots within each territory.
The app should have the ability to move from state to state. Once you are in that country, any data that should be uploaded is uploaded to that country’s database.
The app should be able to support picture/video upload; for each upload, there should be appropriate data and metadata.
The app should allow the user to report a community disturbance.
The app should be able to list each police station in the country you are in.
The app should provide at least four (4) information pages, such as a page containing a list of emergency numbers etc.
You must determine the data that is to be collected. This is a simple application to generate data to provide data to the police. The concept can be viewed as giving the local community police ‘eyes on the ground’.
You must examine the above, determine your requirements, and perform the following.
Create a Class Diagram of at least seven (7) major entities for your application. For any entities with a large number of attributes, you are allowed to limit your attributes to a maximum of six (6). All operations within each class should be identified by their visibility.
Create the appropriate sequence diagrams to model at least three (3) areas/operations of your application.
Create the appropriate USE Case diagrams to model at least three (3) operations within your application.
Create, using MS Access or SQL Server only, the applicable database and relevant tables to support your Class Diagrams above. Visually provide a visual to show the relationships between tables. You need only to provide screenshots of this.
Section 2:
Provide visuals of five (5) screens each for both web and mobile applications. You must identify any accessibility and usability concerns. Ensure you discuss the following:
a) menu/navigation
b) user assistance/help system.
Create a navigational map for both the web application and mobile application that uses your database. This is to demonstrate interactions between screens.
Provide the basic application structure if your application is intended to be delivered as a native or hybrid mobile application only.
Provide visual examples of at least five (5) screens (pages) for the desktop application. You must identify any accessibility and usability concerns. Ensure you discuss the following: a) menu/navigation b) user assistance/help system.
