In this initial assignment, you will select the scenario for your humanitarian aid trip, including the population. Next, you will identify the social determinants of health for the scenario you have
chosen. According to the World Health Organization website, ??The social determinants of health (SDH) are the nonmedical factors that in�uence health outcomes. They are the conditions in
which people are born, grow, work, live, and age.? Identifying these determinants are critical for the success of your project.

To start the process of your proposal to the SNHU Humanitarian Aid Foundation, you will need to establish that you understand the details related to the location including the population and
